• Remove vehicles from the driveway.

• Prep all indoor & outdoor furniture.

• Beds made and bedrooms de-cluttered. Fresh toilet paper rolls always look great.

• Kitchen and bathroom countertops thinned out. Dishes, drying racks, toothbrushes, etc put away.

• Floors vacuumed & mopped. Fresh vacuum lines on carpet always look great.

• Cables cleaned up to not look like a bowl of spaghetti.

• Toys put away.

• Pet bowls and litter boxes out of sight.

• If you are debating any item, always best to remove it. Less is more.

• I know this can be a tough process. If necessary use the garage, basement, or one corner of a room and stack all items in one spot. I’ll do my best to shoot around them.
